In this episode of Dem Bois Podcast I sit down with husband, father, and attorney, Dallas Martinez. Dallas was a part of the Love, Sex, and Relationships episodes, and I had to have them back on the podcast to tell their story. Today we talk about the mental aspects of transitioning, living in an intergenerational household, becoming an attorney, and much more. Dallas also gives some great resources for LGBTQIA2S+ folks who have faced/are facing discrimination.

We talk:

Dallas’ military experience and “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” - 4:44

How his transition journey began - 13:05

The stages of his transition - 19:10

How Dallas knew he was Trans - 31:35

Transitioning in an intergenerational household - 38:54

His career as an attorney and working in nonprofit - 48:20
